Ash Frenken
CEO & Founder
After having several 'average' experiences with property managers as both a landlord and a tenant, I found the lack of communication and service simply all too common in the industry. It was my own personal experience, along with my passion for real estate that led me to start propper. When I'm not busy building the future of property management, I enjoy traveling or taking my french bulldog, Gary, to one of Sydney's local dog beaches.
Jorden Minos
COO
I've been interested in property ever since buying my first investment property in Bondi. I originally started my career in investment banking, but after a while my entrepreneurial spirit led me to working at various "start-up" companies, and eventually to real estate at propper. I really enjoy finding better ways of doing things, which is why I love my role at propper - because there are plenty of interesting opportunities to improve processes in property management! In my spare time I enjoy jogging, cycling, swimming, cheering on the Socceroos, and chasing my overly active daughter.
Andrew Rigby
Head of Finance & Special Projects
Before joining propper, I spent 8 years working in Investment Banking and more recently founded an EduTech startup which ran coding camps for kids. In my free time, I enjoy travelling, gym and drinking strong margaritas.

With a grass roots entry into real estate, there isn't a function of the industry I haven't been exposed to. Property Management always felt natural to me, given my love for meeting new people and building strong relationships. Being a mother of two young boys has fine tuned my skill set of being resilient, a good listener, problem solver, leader and Queen of prioritisation!

After years on the tools as a sparky, I progressed into project management, and then followed my passion of real estate by joining propper in 2017. It was propper's passion for customer experience and innovative approach to a big customer problem that had me captivated from day one. Coupling my long tenure in property management is a background in property maintenance and trades services, which provides me with an exceptional ability to make sure my clients' property maintenance items are handled professionally and cost efficiently. In my personal life, I’m renovating my newly purchased first home with my partner.

I ventured out from the family businesses into real estate over 8 years ago and have loved it! With every property that manage, my guiding mentality is “How would I expect my property to be looked after?" With that attitude as my basis, I can guarantee that I am honest, caring and strive for what's best for my customers.
Teneale McCoy

With a long tenure in property management from the bottom up, I have experienced all facets of the industry. My extensive knowledge and education in management, as well as property and common legislation, enhances my ability to negotiate and mediate any issue I’m faced with, particularly in tribunal settings. I enjoy using my in-depth knowledge of property to problem solve for customers and help them achieve the best possible outcome. In my spare time you'll find me at my local gym most days, or studying to complete my law degree.

Having spent several years in property management, I’ve pretty much seen it all. I enjoy the constant challenge that this role presents, and most of all love bringing a smile to my customers' face. Some of the things that keep me busy outside of work include music festivals, traveling and park dates with my puppy!

As both an avid property investor myself and with 15 years property management experience, I've pretty much 'seen it all' when it comes to owning and managing investment property. I've worked in real estate both in Australia and abroad, where I learned to speak fluent Spanish. My spare time is spent enjoying time with my family!

Growing up in a family of builders and developers, I feel real estate is in my blood. Throughout my career, I have been lucky enough to gain extensive knowledge and experience in two avenues of the property industry that I am very passionate about: Urban Planning and Property Management. Growing up in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, I developed an appreciation for local property development and infrastructure in my area over the past seventeen years. I have always been a people person and pride myself on my ability to assist others with energy and enthusiasm. My passion for minimalist architecture and interior decorating drove me to invest myself in the real estate business. In my spare time I often frequent Bronte beach and walk my three dogs Henry, Martha and Monty.
