We have foregone the typical bricks-and-mortar office approach in favour of an accessible, around-the-clock digital service where customers can sign up and be supported without needing to leave their home. Our safe and secure systems mean that all of the important stuff is signed and stored digitally, but you still have a real, human point of contact to help you out every step of the way.

Secondly, we are able to keep our finger on the pulse of multiple local property markets using intelligent data and insights. We know how to find the most up-to-the-minute information that is relevant to your specific needs – we’re across local demographics, local competition, and local rental rates for all of the areas that we service. We use this information to get you the best returns on your investment.

Finally, we are still able to offer our customers in-person support for the things you just can’t do online. We have exceptional Relationship Managers who work full-time in our city head office, who are available to you or your tenants for any curly questions (or normal inquiries).
